As a therapist for children, adults, and adolescents, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is meaningful and satisfying to you. I offer deep listening, respect, and a safe space for you to reflect and expand self-awareness. Through talk therapy, and perhaps through more non-verbal, experiential approaches, we will work together towards your individualized goals.

My approach to therapy is primarily humanist, creative, and developmental. Some non-verbal approaches I may use include mindfulness practices, creative arts, and therapeutic play. The roots of trauma, anger, depression, and anxiety, can often be more easily accessed and worked through using these more experiential methods.

As result, clients have been able to manage difficult emotions with integrity, improve coping skills, improve decision-making, have loving relationships with family, and let go of old fears and hurt to enjoy life in the present.
