Rates
$135 per 50-minute session
Insurance
Should be credentialed with Carefirst by the end of October 2019.
Otherwise, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, if they will agree to reimburse for an out-of-network provider.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check, credit or debit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 missed appointment fee.
